Full-time Warehouse Associate Job Description
You’ll be part of the dedicated BEAM Minerals, Inc. team. Our fast-paced, physical roles receive trucks full of inventory and prepare and ship orders full of life changing products for consumers. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory and bottling assembly line tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in warehouse work and must be able to work with a computer. Full-time 32-40 hours per week.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct the customer order processing procedures regarding picking and shipping orders and backorders with accurate same day service
- Maintain a continuous bottling line by overseeing the filling process, performing manual line maintenance to ensure seamless bottle movement, and executing quality assurance through spill remediation and defect-free packaging
- Keep the warehouse in impeccable order and maintain safety procedures for handling equipment, inventory, and working with others
- Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations
- Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Must be able to use computer and learn software as needed
- Ability to work without supervision
- Good knowledge and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret packing lists, delivery service notes, order lists, etc.
- Basic math skills (i.e. counting, addition and subtraction).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving
- Must pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift in excess of 40 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Using repetitive motion of hands and arms in handling, positioning and moving materials and manipulating things
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as standing, sitting, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
