Responsibilities
Complete residential warranty repairs
Drywall repairs and texture matching
Interior and exterior paint touch-ups
Finish carpentry and trim adjustments
Door and window adjustments
Cabinet and hardware repairs
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Sprinkler repairs and adjustments
Deck and fence repairs
Homeowner maintenance services
Complete punch list items for builders
Communicate professionally with homeowners and builder representatives
Document completed work with photos
Qualifications
3+ years of residential construction or warranty experience preferred
Experience in multiple trades
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be available depending on position)
Able to lift 50 pounds
