A leading contractor seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee all Concrete Construction. This role is with an excellent company based in IL and has major growth potential.
Requirements:
- Heavy Civil / Concrete Construction Experience
- Ability to Read Drawings / Plans / Blueprints
- Experience Managing Self-Perform Crews on Projects
- Background in Earthwork / Concrete Work / Underground Utilities
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
- Experience Building & Leading a Team
- Responsible for all Project Reporting
