Position Summary
The Wealth Advisor serves as a trusted, long-term advisor delivering proactive financial guidance, disciplined follow-through, and exceptional relationship management. Success in this role is measured by retention, preparation, execution quality, and relationship depth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
· Build long-term fiduciary relationships
· Translate complex strategies into clear guidance
· Anticipate client needs through proactive communication
Client Review Preparation & Meeting Leadership
- Prepare thoroughly for every client review
- Lead meetings with clear agendas and recommendations
- Review prior notes, goals, portfolios, and life updates
Post-Meeting Follow-Up & Ownership
- Send recap email same day or within 24 hours
- Document all tasks in CRM with ownership and due dates
- Complete one-week actions within one week
- Maintain ultimate ownership of all follow-up
Financial Planning & Investment Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date financial plans
- Monitor portfolios and risk alignment
- Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, and internal specialists
Relationship Expansion & Retention
- Identify planning opportunities
- Support referrals through exceptional service
- Retain and deepen client relationships and drive new revenue and expand wallet share.
Documentation & Systems Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM records. (We use HubSpot, Wealthbox and Zocks.)
- Track tasks and communication consistently
Qualifications
- 3+ years wealth management experience
- Strong communication and accountability
- Series 65 required or willingness to obtain
- Insurance licenses preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
