Home Stager Position Overview
Times Ten Design is looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Home Stager to serve as the right hand to our Staging Manager. This person thrives on organization, accountability, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. They are proactive, dependable, and take ownership of keeping our warehouse, inventory, trucks, and staging operations running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who notices the small details, enjoys staying organized, and is eager to support a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Assemble and tag all new inventory.
- Process and inspect inventory after every de-stage.
- Design, decorate and assist at home staging jobs
- Ensure inventory is cleaned, organized, repaired when needed, and returned to its proper location.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report damaged or missing items.
- Help keep the warehouse organized and staging-ready.Inventory Audits & Accountability
- Print inventory reports for upcoming stages and de-stages.
- Physically verify inventory on the warehouse floor.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve missing items.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Take ownership of inventory organization and readiness.
Operations Support
- Serve as the primary assistant to the Staging Manager and support the entire staging team.
- Assist with daily staging installs
- Assist with daily warehouse operations.
- Help prepare for upcoming stages and organize de-staged inventory.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Fleet & Equipment Management
- Verify all trucks are locked and secured at the end of each day.
- Ensure truck batteries are charged and vehicles are ready for upcoming stages.
- Double-check truck pack-outs for accuracy before they leave the warehouse.
- Help maintain clean and organized company vehicles.
Shopping & Purchasing
- Complete shopping runs for furniture, décor, accessories, and staging supplies.
- Pick up online orders and vendor purchases.
- Help source replacement inventory as needed.
- Maintain receipts and communicate purchase updates.
