Sales Engineer

Ace Electric Motor & Pump Co. in Stockton, CA is hiring a field-based Sales Engineer / Field Service Estimator to visit customer sites, diagnose the real problem, scope the work, quote it, and own the relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▪ Visit agriculture, manufacturing, wastewater, and food processing sites across San Joaquin County and the Central Valley
▪ Inspect motors, pumps, VFDs, control panels, and wiring; diagnose vibration, misalignment, and failure causes
▪ Build clear scopes and accurate quotes for field jobs, shop repairs, and emergency service
▪ Help customers make honest repair-vs-replace decisions — that is how trust compounds
▪ Build relationships with plant and maintenance managers who call you first, by name
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
▪ Experience in industrial service, motor or pump repair, field service, estimating, or technical sales
▪ Working knowledge of several of: motors, pumps, VFDs, panels, vibration analysis, laser shaft alignment, PLCs ect
▪ Valid driver's license; based in or near Stockton, CA

Pay: $52,893.29 - $114,900.00 per year
