Job Overview
We are hiring for a fast-paced auto detailing position at a busy dealership.
This is a physical, high-output job. You will be on your feet, moving constantly, and working as part of a small team to complete vehicles quickly and correctly.
This is not a slow or part-time environment. We are looking for people who want to stay busy, work hard, and earn based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash vehicles (exterior)
- Clean interiors (vacuum, wipe-down, detail work)
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery
Work efficiently as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Able to work on your feet for long hours
- Comfortable with physical labor and fast pace
- Willing to learn and follow direction
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Available to work 6 days per week
- Able to work 8–10 hour shifts
- Dependable and on time
Experience:
- Experience preferred but not required
- We provide training
- Experience in car wash, warehouse, or other physical jobs is a plus
Pay Structure:
This is a commission-based position with a weekly minimum guarantee
You are paid the higher of:
- your commission
- or the weekly minimum
