About the Role
This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) opportunity for professionals seeking a flexible schedule and the ability to work within an established leadership development framework.
Whether your background is in talent acquisition, client services, consulting, education, coaching, marketing, leadership, human resources, or another people-focused profession, your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to build trust are what matter most.
You'll receive access to established systems, training, mentorship, marketing resources, and ongoing professional development while working independently within a supportive international community.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and personal development programs, providing a professional and engaging experience.
Discovery Conversations
Conduct introductory conversations to understand prospective clients' goals and determine appropriate program alignment.
Relationship Development
Develop and maintain professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
Marketing Support
Utilize established marketing resources and approved content to support professional outreach and brand awareness.
Professional Development
Participate in ongoing leadership training, mentorship, and collaborative learning opportunities designed to support your continued growth.
Qualifications
We're looking for professionals who:
- Enjoy building authentic relationships and communicating with people.
- Have experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, consulting, client services, coaching, leadership, education, marketing, or another people-centered profession.
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Value continuous learning and professional development.
- Communicate confidently through phone, video, and digital platforms.
- Appreciate flexibility while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
Previous experience within the personal development industry is welcome but not required.
