Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! Your proactive approach will help optimize maintenance activities, manage inventory and parts sourcing, and coordinate with suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Manage parts administration, inventory control, and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline parts sourcing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement management, price negotiations, demand planning, and sourcing of parts and accessories.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for work order tracking, data entry, and maintenance reporting.
- Supervise shipping & receiving operations and inventory management to support efficient supply chain flow.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Chief Engineer or General Manager.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (or better) Microsoft Excel skills
- Some knowledge of the following: equipment repair, industrial machine components, electrical wiring or relevant experience.
- Highly organized
- Comfortable placing both phone and online orders. Resourceful in finding alternate suppliers to reduce cost.
- Excellent internal communication skills combined with abilities for sourcing parts at competitive prices.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Some experience in inventory control (preferred)

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
