Summary:
Supervises Support Services staff (Express Transport, Service Response Center and Laundry staff) on Summa Akron City and/or St. Thomas campuses. Assigns, checks, monitors, and evaluates work and performance of staff. Assists in the interpretation of data (timeliness of transport, laundry statistics, and productivity percentages). Disciplines and participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans when necessary.
Formal Education Required:
- High School Graduate and two (2) years college level course work in business or closely related field of study.
- Additional years of related supervisory operations experience may be substituted for the two (2) years of education requirement.
Experience and Training Required:
- Two (2) years experience in a Supervisor role.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computer skills, Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to develop use of Transport Software effectively.
- Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
