Sunrise Acquisitions is hiring a Promotional Charity Manager in Nashville to lead our fundraising team repping the United Breast Cancer Foundation at pop-up events and retail activations across the greater Nashville area. You'll be managing people, driving results, and making sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
No prior management experience needed. Full paid training from day one.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Charity Fundraising Representatives at pop-up events and retail activations across Nashville
- Rep the United Breast Cancer Foundation with professionalism and passion at every event
- Coach and develop your team in real time — keeping energy high and performance on point
- Oversee event setup, management, and breakdown at assigned locations every shift
- Drive donor acquisition and ensure your team hits daily and weekly fundraising targets
- Track team performance, donor sign-ups, and campaign results accurately
- Report results and team insights to senior leadership regularly
- Identify growth opportunities within your team and develop action plans to close performance gaps

- Fully in-person at pop-up events and retail locations across Nashville, TN
- Must be able to commute to Nashville,
- Relocation required before start date if not already local
- No remote or work-from-home options
