About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process following storm damage while building your own book of business. You'll perform inspections, educate customers, and work closely with our production team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and generate new leads
- Perform roof, siding, and exterior inspections
- Identify storm-related damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide homeowners from inspection through project completion
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up on prospects
- Stay current on roofing products, materials, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Roofing, construction, restoration, or outside sales experience is a plus
- Must be physically able to climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, competitive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
