As a Benefits Consultant, you’ll work with local businesses and individuals to provide supplemental benefits and financial protection solutions. You’ll educate clients on available coverage options, help identify their needs, and become a trusted resource for long-term financial security.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with business owners, employees, and individuals to understand their benefit needs
- Educate clients on coverage options that provide financial protection and peace of mind
- Recommend customized benefit solutions based on each client’s situation
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Become a trusted advisor to clients and their families
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs

Licensing
A Florida Health, Life & Annuities License (2-15) is required.
