Job Summary
Midtown Station is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and accountable Shared Working Manager to oversee operations across three dynamic concepts: Infinite Kitchen, Full Circle Pizza, and Dos Amigos. This position demands a hands-on leader capable of working the line, running shifts, managing operational tasks, and fostering growth opportunities in catering and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Work actively in all locations on and off the line (50-55 hours per week), managing shifts, staff, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all locations.
- Inventory & Ordering: Maintain accurate inventory records and place timely orders to meet operational needs.
- Preparation & Support: Working solo on the line in all three concepts. Assist with prep work in kitchens as needed to meet business demands.
- Food Safety: Uphold and enforce food safety standards, ensuring all team members comply with ServeSafe regulations.
- Catering Growth: Develop and expand catering opportunities for all Midtown Station concepts.
- Community Involvement: Build and maintain relationships with the local community to drive awareness and engagement.
- Accountability: Exhibit punctuality, reliability, and 100% accountability to oneself and the business.
- Training & Development: Support and motivate team members to foster a productive and collaborative environment.
- Meetings with Ownership: Meet with ownership weekly (at minimum) to review operations, discuss progress, and strategize improvements.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18 or more per hour plus tips while working.
- Additional Pay: 10% of pooled tips when not working
- 90 Day Performance Review: Scheduled review with hourly pay increase consideration
Requirements:
- Must be ServeSafe Manager certified.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across all Midtown Station locations.
