We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to fabricate components as needed.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications before shipment.
- After sufficient training operates machinery within inside and outside of the warehouse as needed such as Saw, CNC, Double headed saw, Crimper, Bead saw, etc.
§ Notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources in case of faulty/damaged product
§ Completes packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing and taping
Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts will be advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
