Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Engage in inside sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage a designated sales territory effectively, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective closing techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with direct sales techniques and territory management strategies.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with lead generation processes and tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using software applications related to sales tracking and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
