We are currently seeking a Maintenance technician with Supervisory experience to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Supervisor experience required
- At least 5-7 years of maintenance experience
- Experience managing work orders, unit turns, and vendor coordination

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Maintenance team
- Complete daily maintenance orders,
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Communicate effectively with tenants and schedule maintenance appointments
- Maintain property appearance and perform landscaping
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Manage an organized inventory of tools and supplies
