At Sweet Dreams Home Furnishings, we’re looking for a full-time Furniture Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our small, friendly team. This is a long-term opportunity — not just a seasonal job — and we’re hoping to find someone who’s looking for stable, meaningful work with a company that values honesty, reliability, and great customer service. Experience with moving furniture or household goods and driving a box truck is VALUED. We would also like applicants to have a good understanding of how to assemble furniture using basic tools.
What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound furniture deliveries and store them safely in our warehouse
- Safely and carefully load and unload furniture for deliveries
- Drive and deliver furniture to customer homes with care and respect
- Physically assist our merchandisers with setting up displays on the showroom floor
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe
- Provide friendly, professional service to our customers
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience driving a box truck (16') and moving furniture
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (as part of a two-person team)
- Strong communication and customer service skills — you’ll be the face of our company in customer homes
- Honest, kind, and dependable — we care about trust and team spirit
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- At least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (does not need to be a special class of license)
