About Us: We are a fast-growing residential construction and remodeling company serving Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange County. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, pools, landscaping, and everything in between: if it's residential remodeling, we do it.
Role: Field-based project coordinator serving as the primary liaison between clients and subcontractors on residential remodeling jobs in the San Fernando Valley/Pasadena corridor (Glendora/San Dimas to Simi Valley/Thousand Oaks).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day execution of multiple active jobs simultaneously (typically 10–15)
Manage and direct subcontractors on-site, catching quality issues before the client does
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowner clients throughout the job
Communicate via WhatsApp — reporting job status, photos, and coordinating with the office
Prioritize tasks across jobs based on urgency and deadlines
Problem-solve in real time on the job site
Negotiate and agree on pricing with subs in the field
Follow a daily schedule of 6–7 job site stops built by the office each evening
Ideal Candidate:
Residential remodeling experience is essential — ideally a former general contractor or someone who has managed kitchen, bath, and whole-home renovations with direct client interaction. Construction knowledge alone is not enough; client-facing communication is the differentiator.
Compensation:
$1,000/week base salary (W2, full-time)
4–5% of job profit as a bonus (5% if on budget, 4% if over budget), paid upon job completion
Average commission estimated at $4,000–$5,000/month, with upside on larger jobs

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (first stop at 8–8:30am)
