Heritage Church is looking for a Part-Time Youth Ministry Director to hang out with, disciple, and occasionally outsmart middle and high school students. We believe teens aren’t the church of tomorrow—they’re the church of today. And we take that seriously (even if we laugh a lot).
Our mission is simple:
Love God. Love Others. Make Disciples.
We help students know, grow, go, and pass their faith on to others—no fog machines required.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Build real relationships with teens (snacks help)
- Lead youth nights, small groups, and conversations that matter
- Help students live out their faith now, not “someday”
- Work with a great team that truly loves students and each other
- Be part of a church that loves big and shows it
