Job Summary
This position is based in Chattanooga. We're hiring for a medical sales assistant position with an immediate opening. This position will support the full line Rep along with daily activities including paperwork, customer interaction, patient interaction, brace fitting and adjustments, surgery center and hospital inventory management, tracking orders and paperwork through the billing process. This role will also support the sales Rep by way of developing new business, maintaining relationships and continuing to focus on our customer base.

You will support the sales process through product demonstrations, client relationship building, and strategic account management, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and rehabilitation centers within your designated territory to expand market presence.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of DME, braces, and rehab equipment to showcase features and benefits effectively to patients and customers.
- Utilize CRM systems to track orders, customers and schedule fittings.
- Provide technical expertise during sales consultations, explaining product specifications and usage instructions clearly to clients.
- Organize and participate in field sales activities such as product training sessions, industry events, and client meetings to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain Compliance and paperwork for orders
- Assist Sales with orders and follow up with order needs
- Interface with MD's offices
- Fit patients with products, bracing and answer questions regarding their order
Qualifications
- 4 year degree
- Healthcare understanding, Anatomy and medical terminology understanding
- Demonstrated ability in account management, territory planning, and enterprise selling strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through active listening and professional presentation skills.
- Technical sales experience with scientific or medical equipment is advantageous; familiarity with DME products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; CRM system experience required for tracking sales activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical sales regulations, healthcare industry standards, and pharmaceutical or medical device markets is beneficial.
