You're tired of being treated like just another tech.
You want to run your own calls, fix things right, and go home knowing your work actually mattered.
You want solid pay, a stocked truck, and a team that has your back without a bunch of corporate nonsense.
If you're an experienced HVAC tech who takes pride in doing it right the first time, keep reading.
At Plumb it Heat it Cool it, we're a family-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties. We believe in integrity, quality craftsmanship, and taking care of customers and our people.
This HVAC Service Technician role is for someone who wants a long-term home, not a revolving door. No corporate red tape. Just a tight-knit team, strong standards, and real pride in the reputation we've built.
Your day starts with a fully stocked company truck you take home every night. You head to homes, diagnose HVAC issues, explain what's going on in plain English, and fix the problem without the hard sell.
You'll be working on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers. You'll run calls on your own, stay organized, and treat each home with respect. The goal is simple: get it right the first time.
This role feels good if you like ownership. You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted to do quality work, present real options, and leave customers feeling taken care of.
We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
-
Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min)
-
You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!).
-
You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min)
-
We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
-
You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.
You'll earn $85,000 to $125,000 per year, with competitive wages, overtime pay, and performance bonuses. This is a full-time role at 40 to 50 hours per week.
You'll get medical, vision, and dental insurance. Paid vacation. Paid holidays. Your birthday off. A 401(k) with company match. Cell phone, iPad, boot stipend, and quality uniforms are all provided.
You also get a fully stocked company truck you can take home every night. That means you're set up to do the job well and trusted like a pro.
This is not the place for someone who cuts corners, shows up sloppy, or wants to hide behind excuses. It is the place for someone who wants a team that works hard, has each other's backs, and takes real pride in the work.
You'll do well here if you're the kind of tech who likes solving problems, talking to homeowners like a human, and leaving every job better than you found it. You want to grow, you're coachable, and you want a company that will treat you right.
