A day in the life:
This position will support the Office by assisting with general and basic office related tasks and resolving issues. Follows existing documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures to complete routine day-to-day tasks. Works closely with other team members to ensure day-to-day tasks associated with customer are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member:
- Management of office related tasks.

Serves as point of contact for Operations department in-coming calls. Forwards calls to appropriate staff member or resolves client/employee issues as needed

Responsible for labor tracking

Assists regional team with processing of requests

Cover switchboard
-
Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member:
- Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience

A minimum of three - five years administrative experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions

Ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the Doobin Family Companies

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally

Self-starter with excellent dependability and integrity
