We’re growing our maintenance team and are looking for an experienced Mowing Technician who takes pride in clean, professional work and wants to be part of a dependable, quality-focused crew.
Position Summary
The Mowing Technician performs routine lawn maintenance services safely, efficiently, and to Knob Hill standards. This is a hands-on position for someone with 3–5 years of professional mowing experience who can operate equipment confidently, maintain a consistent pace, and deliver excellent property finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-on, zero-turn, and other commercial mowing equipment
- Complete mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing services
- Produce clean, consistent finishes on every property
- Protect buildings, vehicles, landscaping, and customer property
- Follow route plans, property instructions, and customer requests
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues promptly
- Load, secure, and unload equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Communicate delays, hazards, property concerns, or customer requests
- Follow all company safety standards and required PPE procedures
- Use Aspire and Webex for communication and daily task management

Compensation
Pay based on experience.
