Strength & Conditioning Coach – Body Fit Training (BFT River Oaks)
We’re hiring high-energy, professional Strength Coach's to join the team at BFT River Oaks — one of the fastest-growing group strength training concepts in the world.
This is not a “babysit the class” role.
We’re building a team of coaches who lead from the front, understand performance science, and want to grow in a high-accountability environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy, progressive strength & conditioning classes alongside a team of coaches
- Coach compound lifts with precision (RDLs, back squats, kettlebell swings, pull-ups, etc.)
- Provide smart regressions and progressions based on movement quality
- Educate members on performance, recovery, and injury prevention
- Use heart-rate technology to coach intensity and maximize results
- Build long-term relationships with members and drive retention
- Participate in team meetings and studio growth initiatives
- Support marketing and community-building efforts

Requirements
- Nationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Group training or strength coaching experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate and coach compound lifts safely
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Available for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
