Isaac Real Estate is a Washington, DC-based, family-owned real estate platform focused on residential brokerage, commercial tenant advisory, investment strategy, construction coordination, and community impact.
We are looking to connect with entrepreneurial, relationship-driven real estate agents, advisors, and referral partners interested in commission-only opportunities, with a primary focus on Washington, DC and additional opportunities throughout Maryland, Virginia, and select national markets.
This is an independent contractor opportunity for individuals who want to build their real estate business within a flexible, collaborative, family-first environment.
Focus areas may include:
- Washington, DC residential buyers and sellers
- Commercial tenant representation
- Retail and small business leasing
- Investor and owner referrals
- Construction/buildout coordination referrals
- Community-focused real estate opportunities

Ideal candidates are:
- Licensed or pursuing a real estate license in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia

Compensation:
This is a commission-only, entrepreneurial, independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on originated and closed business, referral agreements, and applicable brokerage requirements.
