We are seeking a sophisticated, consultative Social Media Manager to drive end-to-end community growth for our songwriting sector while serving as a trusted ghostwriting partner for senior leadership. This high-visibility contract role offers an unparalleled opportunity to partner with elite creative talent and execute data-driven social strategies that resonate across the entire music industry.
Responsibilities:
- Execute an omnichannel social media strategy across Instagram and Threads to elevate the brand's digital footprint and deepen engagement with artists and publishers.
- Develop sophisticated executive communications and ghostwritten content for senior leadership to maintain a cohesive, authoritative narrative across LinkedIn and X.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, video editors, and design specialists to transform complex music campaigns into scannable, high-impact digital content.
- Analyze platform performance metrics regularly to optimize ongoing asset distribution and deliver strategic data-driven proposals for content innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated social media management experience, ideally within a major music label, digital service provider (DSP), or entertainment agency.
- Expertise: Mastery of content execution, advanced copywriting, and scheduling mechanics across major social platforms (Instagram, Threads, X, and LinkedIn).
- Impact: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder workflows and navigating relationship-driven environments with exceptional emotional intelligence.
- Tools & Attributes: Strong creative ideation skills, familiarity with generative AI platforms, and a resilient, feedback-driven approach to ghostwriting for high-profile talent.
