Manage day‑to‑day field operations for QSR projects (primarily 7Brew)

Oversee sitework, civil scopes, utilities, and ground‑up construction activities

Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, equipment, and daily work sequencing

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols

Maintain project schedules, logistics planning, and daily documentation

Communicate project progress with office teams and leadership

Support and collaborate with the Lead Superintendent and project leadership

Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, and clients

Resolve field issues promptly and uphold quality and performance standards
