Position Summary
The Performance Technician will be responsible for installing and supporting high‑performance automotive components on customer vehicles. This role requires hands‑on experience with power adders, suspension, braking systems, and aftermarket accessories while maintaining Hennessey’s quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Install performance components including superchargers, intake systems, intercoolers, and related hardware
- Install aftermarket accessories such as lights, grills, exhaust systems, lift and leveling kits, brake upgrade kits, wheels and tires, and skid plates
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including spark plugs, oil changes, cooling system services, and brake system bleeding
- Work with performance suspension, steering, and brake systems
- Support installation of power adders (superchargers, turbochargers, nitrous systems, etc.)
- Utilize workshop manuals and diagnostic resources such as ALLDATA and Mitchell1 ProDemand

Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience at a dealership or high‑performance automotive shop required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Automotive trade school diploma preferred
- Manufacturer certifications in brakes, steering, suspension, electrical diagnostics, NVH diagnostics, or engine management systems are a plus [Hennessey...Assembly) | Word]
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, and working in tight spaces
- Exposure to outdoor and shop environments
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs consistently
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
