About the Opportunity
HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Lead Superintendent for a multi-building residential community in the Princeton / Homestead market. The right candidate will be comfortable leading a broad site, several concurrent work fronts, and the disciplined field coordination required to bring a phased community across the finish line.
What this role will own
- Own day-to-day field execution, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through turnover.
- Drive look-ahead planning, recovery action, inspection readiness, first-work quality, and disciplined field communication.
- Coordinate with project management on cost-sensitive decisions, procurement timing, staffing, and risk escalation.
- Lead field meetings, documentation, and accountability across concrete, structure, enclosure, interiors, and turnover
- phases as applicable.
- Set the tone for urgency, professionalism, and follow-through across the entire field team.
.What strong candidates bring
- Recent experience as a Lead Superintendent or senior field leader on meaningful vertical construction work, ideally in
Florida.
- Direct responsibility for schedule, trade stacking, inspections, quality, and turnover - not merely support exposure.
- Credibility with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal leadership.
- Ability to lead calmly under pressure and convert field complexity into practical action.
- OSHA 30 required or obtainable immediately; bilingual English / Spanish is helpful on many assignments.Why this role matters

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

- Have you served as the Lead Superintendent with full field ownership (schedule, trade coordination, inspections, and turnover) on a ground-up, multi-building or large-scale residential project?
- Do you have experience managing multiple concurrent work fronts (e.g., structure, enclosure, interiors) across more than one building or phase at the same time?
- Have you personally owned and driven a project schedule, including look-ahead planning and implementing recovery actions to address delays?
- Were you directly responsible for inspection readiness, AHJ coordination, punch list completion, and final project turnover?
- Do you have recent Florida-based vertical construction experience, hold (or can immediately obtain) OSHA 30 certification, and are you comfortable leading bilingual (English/Spanish) job sites?
