Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing professional with a minimum of at least one year automotive management experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent management and training skills.
- Strong technical background with technician experience a plus.
- Experience with Automate also a plus
- Prior experience with warranty administration preferred but not mandatory
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Ability to Implement current processes while analyzing and developing new strategies to maximize shop efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate all aspects of the move to a different location that doubles the size of the service department including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and equipment
- Payroll
- Scheduling
- Warranty Administration
- Contribute to the training and development of technicians
- Actively manage and effectively solve customer complaints
- Other day to day operations
