Farmhouse Catering/Gatherings Event Venue in Nevada, IA, is looking for bartenders to join our 20+-person team. We are located at 1026 6th Street. Our ideal candidates are self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Must be available at least 2 weekends a month
