Position Summary
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties, ensuring effective pest prevention and treatment solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Service residential and commercial properties for pest prevention and control
- Perform inspections to identify pest activity, entry points, and risk factors
- Apply treatments in accordance with company protocols and safety regulations
- Operate and maintain company vehicle, tools, and application equipment
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers about treatment plans, findings, and prevention recommendations
- Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with a diverse customer base
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Prior pest control experience or licensing is not required but is preffered (training available for the right candidate)
