Duties
- Greet clients by name warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing detailed information about services and products to promote sales
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions
- Support trainers with appointment scheduling and pre sales.
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and our billing software to support daily operations
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations and customer service roles with excellent interpersonal etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of physical fitness a plus
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Daily cleaning and organizing are required.
