Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing used linens, making up beds, and other misc tasks.
- Operate cleaning equipment to ensure optimal results
- Follow safety procedures for handling chemical agents and cleaning supplies to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within residential or commercial property settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and the safe handling of chemical agents
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and facilities maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards renters
- Physical stamina for manual tasks such making beds, vacuuming, etc
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment
