We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our installation crews. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, leading by example and keeping projects on schedule, we’d like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a landscape installation crew.
Read and execute landscape plans and job specifications.
Install retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, drainage systems, planting beds, and other hardscape/landscape features.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards.
Train, motivate and develop crew members.
Communicate with customers and management throughout each project.
Maintain equipment, tools and company vehicles.
Keep job sites clean, organized and professional.
Qualifications
3+ years of landscape or hardscape installation experience
Previous experience leading a crew
Strong knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage and planting
Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment
Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
