We are a physician-led integrative medical clinic serving the North Houston community for over 15 years. Our practice specializes in Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, and holistic patient care in a calm, professional, low-drama environment. Overview
This role combines direct patient care, clinical assistance, treatment support, and light administrative responsibilities. Every team member is expected to help maintain a clean, organized, patient-centered clinic environment.

Duties
- Assist the practitioner during patient visits and procedures
- Support patients during acupuncture treatments
- Perform acupuncture needle removal under practitioner supervision
- Assist with manual therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, e-stim, and related therapies
- Prepare patients for treatments and testing
- Perform office testing and wellness assessments
- Educate patients on supplements, herbal protocols, and treatment plans
- Support patient follow-ups and care coordination
- Assist patients with wellness program setup and scanner assessments
- Maintain professional, compassionate, and confident patient communication at all times.
Required / Preferred
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) or Texas Licensed Massage Therapist
- (LMT) REQUIRED
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional communication
- Comfortable working in a hands-on clinical environment
- Ability to multitask and stay productive during slower periods
- Willingness to learn integrative and functional medicine approaches
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
- Must be physically capable of being active throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Perks
- W-2 hourly position
- $15–$19 - Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, certifications, and clinical background

Schedule:
- Wednesday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*All duties will be performed within legal scope based on licensure and training, under
supervision.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
