Position Overview
425 Apparel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Help to join our growing production team. Reporting directly to the shop Manager, this role is Responsible for pulling, packing and/or palletizing products and loading trucks. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering top-tier finished products.

SUMMARY
Responsible for pulling, packing and/or palletizing products and loading trucks. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pulling products for orders; ensuring correct product is pulled and packed
· Palletizing products
· Building pallets to size of products
· Making boxes from slip sheets to fit products
· Loading product on trucks
· Use of pallet jack and forklift
· Timely communication to the lead of issues that arise throughout the day regarding products and shipments
REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to work flexible hours with overtime
· Ability to work in non-air conditioned facility
· Ability to operate a pallet jack
· Ability to bend, squat and lift
· Ability to use small tools such as a tape gun & box cutters
· Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
· Ability to read & write in English
· Ability to package, wrap and make cardboard boxes to fit product/pallets
· Ability to label shipments with required pallet & product labeling
· Team Player
· Highly Motivated, Self-Starter

· Good Practices of Safety Skills
· Good Communication Skills
PREFERRED CANDIDATES WILL
· Bilingual Skills – English/Spanish
· Previous dock experience – (6 months to 1 year)
· Experience loading trucks
· Previous packaging and palletizing of shipments
· Forklift Experience
· UPS & Fed EX Processing on these computer programs
· Previous experience in small item packaging for UPS/Fed Ex shipments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
