We are seeking a passionate and skilled art teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of art theory and performance, along with the ability to inspire and educate students of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive art lesson plan tailored to various skill levels.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations, ensuring they receive constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Organize and lead recitals, and other events to showcase student progress.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to create interdisciplinary programs that integrate art with other subjects.
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and respect.
Experience
- A degree in Art or a related field from an accredited university is required.
- Proven experience in teaching art to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
