Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented litigation professional seeking a manageable billable target (~1,250 hours/year) while working on sophisticated matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing eDiscovery workflows and handling complex case scheduling and docketing.

- Insurance Defense
- Employment Litigation
- Patent / IP Litigation (Note: We are strictly seeking defense/commercial backgrounds. Applicants whose primary experience is Plaintiff Personal Injury will not be considered.)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage eDiscovery processes, including document collection, processing, review, and productions.
- Maintain master case calendars, track court deadlines, and manage scheduling for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Assist attorneys with drafting and finalizing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Organize trial exhibits, witness binders, and manage trial logistics.
- Serve as point of contact for clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court clerks.
Requirements
- Paralegal Certificate REQUIRED (ABA-approved or CA B&P Code § 6405 compliant).
- 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
- Background in Commercial, Insurance Defense, Employment, or Patent Litigation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and CA state/federal court rules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (Based on experience)
- Work/Life Balance: ~1,250 annual hour expectation
