Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation & dishwashing details
- Sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Set up dining areas and assist with bussing tables during meal times.
- Follow dietary restrictions and special instructions when preparing meals.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Serve residents in the Assisted Living Dining Room and Memory care neighborhoods as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
