Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Carpenter / Working Supervisor for our Home Solutions & Handyman Division. This role involves completing all necessary carpentry tasks as well as helping to supervise on-site activities, coordinating trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in carpentry and construction management to lead teams effectively and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage remodeling projects alongside a Project Manager, ensuring timely completion and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Work to include demo, framing, exterior trim/siding, interior trim, exterior repairs, interior repairs ,etc. as skill set allows, on residential remodeling and handyman projects.
- Build structures according to blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Communicate and facilitate with Subcontractors and Vendors.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters on best practices and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment
Experience and Skills
- Knowledge of residential remodeling.
- Competence in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- We do require a preemployment background check and drug screen.
- Must have valid drivers license.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
