Position: Interim Apheresis Clinical Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Snapshot:
- Lead the Apheresis program with oversight of 12 FTEs
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
- Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership
- Participate in the leadership on-call rotation
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous apheresis leadership experience required
- FACT accreditation experience required
- MLS(ASCP)CM, MT(ASCP), or SBB(ASCP) certification strongly preferred
- Strong background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy
Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare:
- 26-week contract with potential to extend
- W2 employee of Aya, paid weekly (Fridays)
- Available to start in September 1, 2026
- Paid housing, travel, and rental car for candidates residing 50+ miles from facility
- 2 paid travel days per month
