About Us:
GIGIS COFFEE ROASTERS is a newly established coffee shop and small-batch roastery in Washington, D.C. We’re inspired by the curiosity and precision of STEM—science, technology, engineering, and math—and we bring that mindset to everything we do, from roasting coffee to crafting creative seasonal drinks.
We are still growing, experimenting, and building a community-driven space. This is your chance to join early and help shape something special from the inside.
Why This Role Requires a Food Manager Certification
Our bar is designed so that one person can efficiently handle the entire beverage workflow. With automated, state-of-the-art equipment like the Eversys espresso machine and an easy-to-use electric roaster, the work is smooth and streamlined — no prior experience is required to operate it.
