We generate strong inbound and field leads—and we’re looking for a closer who knows how to convert them at a high level.
Position Overview
We’re hiring an Elite Sales Closer to run appointments, inspect roofs, and close deals on the spot.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already understands in-home sales, urgency, and deal control—someone who can walk into a situation, build trust quickly, and confidently guide the homeowner to a decision.
You will be working:
Compensation

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Run pre-set and self-generated appointments
Perform roof inspections (training provided if needed)
Educate homeowners on damage, options, and next steps
Manage insurance-related conversations and expectations
Present estimates and close deals on-site whenever possible
Follow up and manage pipeline in CRM
Maintain a high close rate and strong customer experience
Represent the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in sales closing (in-home sales preferred)
Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections
Strong communication and presence—you can control a conversation without being pushy
Competitive and performance-driven mindset
Ability to work evenings and some weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience

Roofing or exterior sales
Insurance claim/storm restoration sales
Home services or construction sales
High-ticket sales ($5K–$20K+ deals)
