General Labor – Manufacturing
Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16.00/hour
We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor employees to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity with the potential to work in multiple departments and gain valuable production experience. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors.
- Maintain quality standards and accuracy throughout the production process.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use basic hand tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Rotate between departments and workstations based on production needs.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in temperatures of 90–100°F during summer months.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.
