Shift/ Pay Rate:
- 1st shift (6:00am-2:45pm) | Monday - Friday | $17/hr
- (Mandatory overtime when needed)
Job Description:
- Perform mechanical assembly of valves, flow control units, and hydronic system components using hand and power tools
- Align, fit, and fasten parts, seal joints, install fasteners, gaskets, O-rings, etc.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds
- Complete routine/preventative maintenance on equipment; troubleshoot malfunctions; report issues to supervisor
- Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, defects, and quality compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience (mechanical or industrial preferred)
- Ability to use hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, and basic measuring devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Good dexterity (grasping, manipulating small parts)
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel Toe boots required
- Must work in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
