Parker's Auto Service is a fast-growing, high-production independent repair shop focused on quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and strong systems. We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor who wants to build a career, make great money, and be part of a winning team.
Top performers can earn $100,000–$120,000+ per year.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
- Build and present repair estimates confidently
- Educate customers on needed maintenance and repairs
- Follow up on declined work and unsold estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians and management
- Keep repair orders moving efficiently through the shop
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
What We're Looking For
- Sales-driven mindset
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to build trust and create value for customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Tekmetric experience is a plus
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
Performance Expectations
- Maintain strong gross profit on personal sales
- Achieve a strong close ratio
- Consistently follow up on declined work opportunities
- Maintain accurate and complete repair orders
- Arrive on time and prepared every day
- Take ownership of results and customer satisfaction
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends
