Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. Job Duties:
- Work with various department managers and technology team members to improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
- Provide documentation and workflow analysis support for process improvement
- Focus improving, troubleshooting and testing on multiple system integration between each departments
- Research and identify potential opportunity in new software and hardware that could benefit corporate process
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
- Develop and design end user reports and/or dashboards for both financial and operational users
- Develop and support database activities, such as data loading and unloading
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Plan growth and changes to the environment as needed
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server
- ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence Software Experience within a manufacturing and/or e-commerce environment preferred
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to set strategic goals for business processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize within a dynamic environment
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers
- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
Compensation:
Salary DOE + Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
