As the Healthcare Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, reporting, and resolving data discrepancies identified during the review and reconciliation of spend data. This highly detail-oriented role involves maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails, assisting with quarterly and annual Open Payments reporting, supporting data uploads, and maintaining information within Medi Spend. You will also help ensure compliance with company policies and federal reporting requirements.
Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, comfort working with data, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. Candidates who work well independently, bring a customer-service mindset, and are motivated to strengthen and protect workflows will thrive in this position.
This hybrid role requires regular in-office attendance for meetings. While the position is based in Portland, candidates located in Texas may also be considered, provided they are able to attend meetings at the Dallas office.
